Information you choose to share
Your enquiry may include your name, company, email address or phone number, preferred contact method, business type, selected products, quantities, location, packaging requirements and message. You can attach a PDF, JPG or PNG specification when requesting a quote online. Please share only what is needed for the enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.
How enquiry information is used
We use the details you provide to respond, discuss products, quantities, packaging and delivery, and provide a quotation or catalogue you request. An optional marketing preference is included with the enquiry; the form does not automatically enrol you in a mailing list. You can contact us to ask to stop marketing messages.
Online submission and service providers
When online delivery is configured, form details and any attachment are sent to Athenas Foods through the Resend email service. If delivery is unavailable, the form says so and does not claim successful submission. Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services under their own policies.
Email, WhatsApp and copying
Preparing an email or WhatsApp message does not automatically send an enquiry to Athenas Foods: you review and send it yourself. Opening WhatsApp with prepared text passes that text to WhatsApp, where its privacy policy applies. Attachments must be added manually in email or WhatsApp. The copy button writes the text to your clipboard only when requested; your device controls clipboard access.
What the website stores
Selected product identifiers stay in your browser-tab session, and privacy preferences are stored locally for up to 180 days. Form fields are not saved in that browser storage. Form protection uses temporary request counters with hashed values derived from IP addresses; those counters do not contain names, contact details, messages or files. Sent correspondence is retained by the email services used.
Maps and external links
The embedded Google map loads only after you allow it. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, shares information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies. You can turn off the map in Cookie settings at any time. This prevents subsequent loading but cannot undo information already sent. External links open other services when you choose to follow them.
Retention and requests about your information
This website does not set a fixed retention period for email or WhatsApp correspondence; retention depends on following up the enquiry, business needs and applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss retention. We may need to verify a request and may have legitimate reasons to retain some records.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when site features or service providers change. The website currently has no configured advertising trackers or third-party analytics service. Future additions will need corresponding updates to these disclosures and privacy choices.
